Research Use Only — Critical Notice

All products sold by Red Hand Research are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). By completing any purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution engaged in lawful scientific inquiry
• You are at least 21 years of age
• You will use all purchased compounds exclusively for laboratory-based, in-vitro research purposes
• You will not administer any compound to any human or animal subject
• You understand that our products are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds

Any use of our products outside of lawful research purposes is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability. Red Hand Research assumes no responsibility for misuse of any compound we supply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and analytical data presented on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. In the event of a discrepancy, the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis shall govern the analytical specifications of any product.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.
