Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Red Hand Research currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout — please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size, destination, and product requirements. The carrier is selected at our discretion unless a specific carrier is requested at checkout (subject to availability).

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Red Hand Research.
All products are packaged to maintain compound integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging including insulated containers and gel packs where required. If you have specific packaging requirements for your research application, please contact us before placing your order.
A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you experience difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at support@redhandresearch.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the product. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our shipping footprint. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international availability.
Bulk orders of 2 or more units of the same product qualify for bulk pricing. For large institutional orders or orders requiring special shipping arrangements, please contact us directly at support@redhandresearch.com before placing your order.
