Due to the nature of research compounds and the analytical standards required to maintain lot integrity, our return policy is necessarily limited. We encourage you to review product documentation carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product's suitability for your research application, please contact us before purchasing.
We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used. Once the integrity of a research compound's packaging has been compromised, lot traceability and analytical validity cannot be guaranteed, and the product cannot be restocked or resold.
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product.
If you receive an incorrect product or a product that does not match its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the discrepancy and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping where applicable.
Please retain all original packaging and documentation, as this information is required to process a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the outer packaging and the product. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.
Due to our same-day shipping commitment, cancellation windows are narrow. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@redhandresearch.com. We will make every effort to cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment queue, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of our confirmation. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
