All products sold by Red Hand Research are designated strictly for laboratory-based, in-vitro scientific research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary administration, and no diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use is implied, warranted, or permitted.
This designation is consistent with FDA guidelines for research chemical suppliers. Purchasing our products constitutes your agreement that you will use them exclusively for lawful research purposes.
Our products are intended for purchase by researchers, scientists, and institutions engaged in lawful analytical, proteomic, or scientific inquiry. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you understand and agree to the research-use-only nature of these compounds.
Yes. The peptide compounds and analogs we sell are legal to purchase for research purposes in the United States. However, regulations can vary by state and jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws before ordering.
A Certificate of Analysis is a lot-specific document issued by an accredited third-party laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and quality of a given compound. Each CoA includes results from analytical testing methods such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, endotoxin testing, and microbial screening.
Our CoAs are issued per lot, meaning the document corresponds to the exact batch of product you receive — not a generic or historical result.
Your lot number is printed on the product label. Visit our Certificates page, enter your lot number, and download the corresponding CoA. If you cannot locate your CoA, contact our support team and we will provide it directly.
We exclusively use U.S.-based, ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited third-party analytical laboratories. Sterility testing is performed by two independent labs per lot. We do not perform in-house testing on any compound we sell — all analytical data comes from accredited external sources.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. We do not store payment information on our servers.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you receive an incorrect item or a product that does not match its lot documentation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
Yes. Bulk pricing is available on orders of 2 or more units of the same product. We also offer institutional discount pricing for verified military, government, and academic researchers. To apply for institutional pricing, please contact us with your institutional affiliation and intended research use.
Most lyophilized peptide compounds should be stored at -20°C (−4°F) in a sealed, moisture-free environment away from direct light. Once reconstituted, compounds should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe noted on your CoA.
Specific storage instructions for each compound are included in the product documentation and on the product label. Always follow the guidance provided in your lot-specific CoA.
Shelf life varies by compound. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are generally stable for 24 months when stored correctly at -20°C. Expiration dates are printed on each product label and are supported by stability data documented in the CoA.
Reconstitution requirements vary by compound. Bacteriostatic water is commonly used for peptide reconstitution in research settings, though some compounds may require dilute acetic acid or another solvent for proper solubility. Always refer to the compound-specific documentation included with your order or consult your CoA for guidance.
Guest checkout is available for all orders. Creating an account gives you access to order history, saved shipping addresses, and institutional pricing where applicable. Account creation is free and takes under a minute.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have an account, you can also view tracking information from your order history dashboard.
Because we process and ship orders quickly, modification or cancellation windows are narrow. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before an order enters the fulfillment queue, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
